Oldsquaw Kennels, a Labrador Retriever Breeder, has been owned and operated by Frank Purdy since 1969. We are located in southwest Michigan; close to Ohio, Illinois and Indiana. We are principally a Labrador Retriever Dog breeding kennel. Occasionally we have a started and trained Labrador Retriever for Sale.
All of our Labrador Retriever Puppies For Sale are HIP and EYE certified. We only breed from Labrador Retriever lines that are genetically clean. All of our Labrador Retriever bitches are bred to National Field Champions, Field Champions, or young Labrador Retriever Puppies we consider to have the talent to become Champions. This Labrador Retriever Breeder's dogs possess a strong desire to retrieve and a superior intelligence. These Labrador Retriever Dogs are easy to train and most importantly, have a pleasing personality that makes them wonderful family companions.
We have bred 5 Field Labrador Retriever Champions and numerous qualified all age, derby list, and hunt test titled dogs. Please contact us regarding future/additional litters. Full pedigrees available upon request.
Littermates Oldsquaw's Autumn Storm, Oldsquaw's Mexicali Rose and Oldsquaw's Hurricane Jane took 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the VT derby. Litter mate Oldsquaw's Power Surge (not shown) received a JAM in the same Derby.
